The Influence of Digital and Communication Competencies on Employee Productivity of Pt Esta Dana Ventura

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital competence and communication on the work productivity of employees at PT Esta Dana Ventura. A quantitative method with a descriptive survey approach was employed involving 100 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The findings indicate that digital competence and communication have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity, both partially and simultaneously. These results imply that improving employees’ digital competence supported by effective communication can enhance work productivity and provide practical guidance for organizations in developing sustainable and competitive human resource management strategies effectively.
